“I tend to look at things from my own experience; I like to develop my own way of doing things that more fit in to what I think, it’s not simple to create systems, particularly when you have to take responsibility for what is happening around you. It’s all very well adapting systems out of a box, but you will need me to create different systems so we can make it personal and bespoke to what I think is obviously essentially a complex subject that takes a lot of time to check is correct.
